Supported Versions

To install deep you need at least Windows XP. For Windows 7 64-bit you have to install the 64-bit version of Eclipse and the JDK!

Install Java Development Kit:
1. Download JDK
2. Install by using the setup assistent
Install Eclipse IDE for Java Developers:
1. Get the newest version of Eclipse for Java Developers
2. Unzip into C:\Program Files\eclipse resp. C:\Programme\eclipse
Install drivers:
1. Download NTB Windows Driver Package
2. Install by using the installer. The selection of the suitable drivers is done automatically (32/64 bit)
Install deep plugin
1. start Eclipse
2. Open plugin installation dialog: Help → Install New Software…
3. Add source: Add… → Name: NTB Plugins, Location: http://www.ntb.ch/inf/eclipse_plugins/ → ok
4. Add plugin: ch.ntb.inf.deep

Install necessary Software from Ubuntu Software Repository:
1. Java Development Kit
2. Eclipse IDE for Java Developers
3. libusb
Install additional Software:
1. libusbJava
Install the deep Eclipse plugin
1. Start Eclipse
2. Open plugin installation dialog: Help → Install New Software…
3. Add source: Add… → Name: NTB Plugins, Location: http://www.ntb.ch/inf/eclipse_plugins/ → ok
4. Add plugin: ch.ntb.inf.deep
